  • You are proactive, have a strong sense of initiative, and a positive attitude.
  • You are a reliable team player with excellent communication skills, who is curious by nature and takes ownership at work.
  • You have a strategic and creative yet pragmatic approach to problem solving and you are eager to learn through experimentation.
  • You are flexible, self-motivated, and love the work environment of a start-up/scale-up company that is fast-paced.

  • You (are willing to) live in the Netherlands and have the right to work within the EU.

  8. Public transport allowance – we fully cover your 2nd class commute from your home to the office.
  9. AND Bike allowance – we support you with a bike purchase of up to €300, and you’ll have a yearly repair budget of up to €80, too!
  10. Seasonal Dutch lessons with a language teacher at the office.
  11. We have our own bouldering wall at the office! You can borrow climbing shoes too and we will provide you with basic training.
  12. There’s a gym and recreation and yoga rooms in the building where you can build healthy habits, stay active and have fun with your colleagues.

Recruitment process

If you’re a promising applicant, you will go through the following stages:

  1. A first phone call with a member of the People team
  2. An interview with the hiring manager, that might also be joined by another member of the hiring team
  3. A second interview, which includes an assignment or assessment
  4. A final chat with a member of the People or Management team
  5. Reference checks
